Yes, the main roads are in reasonable condition but the roads to the beautiful small beaches are bad and often unpaved with big holes, so you always have to drive carefully especially when it has rained (luckily it almost never rains here) and you can't see the holes. You should also never turn in the verge there are Pika's growing there, which are plants with very sharp points and of course we don't want a flat tyre. But everyone here is doing Poko Poko which means taking it easy.
